1. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., check-out is at 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Early check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning will be liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs. The general nighttime quiet must be observed from 10 p.m.
3. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
4. Guests whose number exceeds that specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.
5. Animals must be registered in advance for a fee. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.
6. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing any lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits.
7. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in homes to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
8. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service team.
9. Booking a reservation involves agreeing to comply with the house rules. Guests who fail to comply with the House Rules will be liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
